Since this past week was somewhat hectic and busy, I depended greatly upon quick and easy meals and snacks for my children. My kiddos were out of school for the entire week so I knew I’d need to stock up on something that would be tasty and easy to make as well. Tyson Mini Chicken sandwiches seemed to fit that description exactly. With plenty of cooking and cleaning to be done, I had to rely upon Tyson Mini Chicken Sandwiches to keep my children satisfied. We came up with a few varieties of sandwich options that helped make for a great snack and/or meal. We added scrambled eggs for breakfast, and tried them with a little cranberry sauce as well.
