BlogHer is a little over two short weeks away, and I can’t wait! Truly, I’m excited to attend my 2nd BlogHer Conference, and also will be my 2nd time ever in New York City as well. The Conference will take place at the Hilton near Central Park, and is a beautiful place to hold such an event. Well, being the procrastinator that I tend to be, I waited too late to get reservations at the Hilton for the special BlogHer rate, and I figured I needed to start seeking out alternative lodging. The first thing that popped into my mind was to stay in a hostel (Road Rules style) and save money, but then I started thinking maybe that’s not quite such a good idea.
The opportunity came about to stay at Le Parker Meridien, (which is only a couple of blocks from the Hilton) at a rate that was too good to pass up! After perusing the Le Parker Meridien website, I am getting more and more excited about my stay. Nice park view room, and modern amenities in everywhere are good enough, but what about the rooftop pool? Simply priceless. So, stay tuned for more pictures, and update on my fa-bu stay at Le Parker Meridien. In fact, if I grow tired from all the parties, and conferences at BlogHer, I might just relax in my room.
