Rosarita Salsa Peps Up Any Meal

Our family is a salsa eating family!  We love to have family “nacho” night, which consists of cheese dip, salsa, chili, and chips.  It’s one of our favorite meals to consume, and it seems to happen at least one to two times a month.  I received some tasty salsa from Rosarita that fit in perfectly with our Nacho night.

Rosarita has recently come out with some delicious new varieties of Salsa that include mild, medium, and hot.  I prefer the mild, which has chunky bites of onions, and tomatoes, while my husband can handle the medium and hot quite easily.  The medium verde (green) salsa  goes well with enchiladas, and is excellent on baked chicken, with a little Monterrey jack cheese.  Rosarita is offering this new line of salsa at select cities around the country.

The new salsa will only be available in these four cities — LA, Dallas, Phoenix, and Denver — at select Walmart and grocery stores.  To find out more information about the Salsa, or any other Rosarita products, as well as some enticing recipes, head over to the Rosarita Site at  www.Rosarita.com.

I wrote this review while participating in a blog campaign by Mom Central on behalf of Rosarita and received a sample to facilitate my candid review. Mom Central sent me a gift card to thank me for taking the time to participate

I purchased a bottle of Rosarita mild salsa and when I unsealed it I found mold around the edge of the bottle and on the inside of the cap. The expiration date said good til Dec. of 2011. Will this affect the salsa? I don’t know if I should eat it or not. Appreciate any help you can give me. Thank you, Anna Mertz
