I enjoy wearing my toddler, I know that I didn’t take advantage of baby-wearing techniques with my older children, and I sure wish I did!  For some strange reason my children have all been a little extra clingy, and like to be held and carried around everywhere.  So, to utilize a baby carrier with my 2 year old while trying to get things done, works out perfectly.  No matter what chore or task I have before me, I can wear Judah on my back with ease using our new Boba.  Even though he weighs around 27 pounds, the weight is distributed well and I didn’t feel any strain or aches while “wearing” Judah.

I was also able to easily adjust the straps, and place my son in the carrier by myself, to me that is an important feature in a baby-wearing device.  I was a little skeptical about putting a child as old as a 4 year old in the Boba Carrier, but my daughter (who is 4 1/2 years old) fit just fine, and wasn’t a bother to me wearing her on my back.  Of course I probably won’t be “wearing” her much, but I definitely see myself utilizing the Boba with my baby boy Judah, he is the typical “baby” of the family, and can’t stand to not be held.

I can’t find any negative aspects of this Carrier, I feel that it is adjustable, and easy to use, and the look of the material and feel is comfortable and could be for a boy or girl.  Thanks to Boba for providing this Carrier for Judah and I to use.

If I won, I’d try it out with my 3yo son, in addition to using it for my baby when she gets a bit bigger.

I would use the Boba with my 18 month old sack o potatoes. :) He loves to be in the backpack, but recently the MaiTai we have been using has become too uncomfortable for me– it is cutting into my ribs due to his weight. I am looking for a new carrier that will take us from this age until he can bloody well walk. :)
