I’m not a big gamer, in fact I am satisfied playing a leisurely game of bowling with the family on the Wii, but my husband and oldest son love to play any sport game competitively.  In fact, my husband has been playing Madden NFL football game for years, I still remember the year my Mom bought him Madden 2000 for Playstation for Christmas!

So, when I received Madden 2010 for Wii from EA Sports, I knew my husband and son would be more than ready to play.  I let them open this gift early, and they played immediately for about 3 hours straight.  I can honestly say that they were having a good time, really getting into their game, the Cowboys vs. the Texans.  Here is a little more  information about the game from EA Sports:

Since kicking off the Madden season with the release of our first screen shot, it’s been a busy year for the Madden franchise. Below, we’ve rounded up some of the highlights from the year – and we’re taking a look back at an exciting 2009.

Offense and defense collide on the cover: Every year the Madden cover reveal is an exciting event. Over the years we’ve highlighted the top offensive and defensive players from the league, but never together at the same time… until Madden NFL 10! This year we broke new ground by featuring superstars Larry Fitzgerald and Troy Polamalu on the cover.
