stressfree

I was given the opportunity to review some books and CD’s to help children become more Stress-Free.  In my household, stress is rampant, I’m not going to lie, we are a stressed out family.  When you combine a busy Mom and Dad, and then add into this equation four children in various ages and stages of life, you get a smorgasbord of tension, anxiety, and most of all:  STRESS!

I believe there are many ways of coping with stress, such as therapy, counseling, relaxing, taking time out for oneself, participating in sports, or other physical/outdoor activities.  To be the best individual possible, I believe it is imperative for my children to not live such a stressed, and anxiety-ridden life.

The books/CD’s I received are “Stress Free Kids” written by Lori Lite, and utilize various methods of meditation and relaxation techniques to encourage children to be less stressed.  Not only are these resources helpful for children and teens, but they have been quite effective in adults’ lives as well.  Psychiatrists, therapists, teachers, counselors and families are now finding the positive effects of Lori’s tools to encourage a stress-free, relaxed aura, and attitude in families.  To find more information, or to even purchase any of these helpful resources for yourself, head over to Lori’s site, and become less stressed today!
