I love toys that inspire imagination and creativity. I enjoy seeing my children sitting down and using their hands and minds to create a masterpiece of their own. K’NEX allows my children to utilize the various pieces to put together whatever their heart desires.
My youngest son received the Sesame Street Neighborhood Collection Building Set, which guides him to build a cute scene from Sesame Street. This set retails for approximately $9.99, and is suitable for children ages, 2-5, and is great for the manual dexterity of small hands.
We also received a large K’NEX 400 piece tub, (which retails for approximately $20.00 and is appropriate for ages 9 and above) that provides my oldest son with hours of entertainment. The creations he has made have varied from buildings, to cars. The options are unlimited, and for a very left brained child, K’NEX are a dream come true!

My boy LOVES K’Nex. I think it is a boy thing for sure for building but he really enjoys them. Great review!
