After having a slight pity-party today, I found a little inspiration to get up off my duff, and do something productive and fun. I have been waiting for a perfect chance to use my Ninja Master Prep, and I found that opportunity today. I had a small pumpkin that we got from a trip to the pumpkin patch yesterday, followed the simple instructions I found here, to make my own pumpkin puree. Wow, I feel so domestic! 
After I pureed the cooked pumpkin in my Ninja, I utilized a portion of the pumpkin to make these scrumptious cookies.
