My 12 year old son is a huge fan of the show Mythbusters, and I definitely understand why. He is so intrigued by science experiments, and he isn’t afraid to get a little messy in the process. So, when we received the Mythbusters Weird World of Water Kit, it was right up his alley! I love when toys/games can be educational as well as fun. I would highly recommend this kit to any tween/teen looking for fun experiments and this would make a perfect Christmas or Birthday present. The Retail price is only $19.99 and can be found at Toys ‘R Us, and Target.
Another fun kit we received is the Magnificent Manicure Kit, that is geared towards girls ages eight and up. I love that this kit includes ingredients to make your own lotion, scrubs, and mani and pedi products. This kit would also make an excellent gift for any pre-teen girl, and also has a retail value of $19.99.
